1 工程概况
三明烟草大厦为省内少有的巴洛克风格建筑,首次采用了以欧式罗马柱为特点的干挂石材幕墙,16m高圆形穹顶,外形体为55m×28m, 整个建筑9层,高60m。建筑形体变化丰富,立面对称凹凸,层次清晰,檐口的线条及多形态的罗马柱、带拱圈的园弧窗及装饰性线条,以及浮雕画板等,尽情展现了现代建筑与欧式风格完美结合(见图1)。
本工程在石材用料上:勒脚为105mm厚造型板,最大尺寸为1770mm×1195mm,
每块重约440kg;1至2层外立面为80mm厚蘑菇石,最大尺寸1000mm×598mm; 3至8层墙面为35mm厚荔枝面板材;南北立面窗间墙为50mm厚凹槽板柱,最大尺寸1750mm×598mm。门厅柱为4根9.4m高,直径990mm方座造型罗马柱;9层柱为16根7.1m高罗马圆柱托住半圆球穹顶,墙面为吊挂式大白玻窗;檐口为圆弧形罗马凹凸线条,共分三个层面,其中最大石材尺寸为1045mm×876mm×600mm,每块重约350kg。整个工程干挂石材共加工20673块,展开面积为9200 m2,总重约1960吨,加工尺寸繁多,形态复杂,总重量大。
2 设计质量控制
2.1 石板连接方法
干挂石材幕墙的设计关键在于石板与构件连结方案的设计,还要考虑如何吸收幕墙框架构件安装难以控制的偏差。
石板与构件连结方式通常有钢销连接、背拴式连接、通槽式连接,由于这些方法成本过大,或不适宜大块石材,为此采用不锈钢蝴蝶片形式的挂件,经试验后较适合石材大小悬殊的幕墙施工,将蝴蝶片一侧与开槽的石板用石材专用的低硅油耐侯胶固定,固定时应防止二面与槽底不要硬性接触,待干硬后再上墙安装。
2.2 结构节点处理
本工程由于幕墙立面设计更改,一、二层干挂石材35mm厚荔枝面更改为80mm厚蘑菇石。经验算原土建结构挑板承受不了外墙荷载,为了保证外立面的一致性,采用钢桁架结构,穿墙打洞将外墙面构架加固连接在混凝土框架上。
2.3 檐口线条处理
三层、七层、八层、九层的檐口线条石材是整块石料加工而成,线条阴阳角圆弧面较多,单块重约300公斤,石材外檐口离墙面1.2米,原设计采用二根水平拉杆固定,考虑到线条厚重且重心外移,施工中增设一根斜拉杆(见图2),材料改为不锈钢角钢,以增加稳定性与耐久性,提高了安全性能。

3 施工质量的控制
3.1石材选材的质量控制
作为外围护结构的石材幕墙,除承受本身自重外,还承受风荷载,地震作用和温度变化作用的影响,因此要求石材质量必须可靠,同时,天然材料属于脆性材料,而欧式风格的线条,柱帽装饰等都是整块石料采用浮雕剔刻加工成设计造型,对石材的抗压强度、抗弯强度、硬度、耐磨性、抗冻性、耐火性、可加工性等都有相应的要求。本项目石材除颜色应符合要求外,对产地、荒料及花岗岩品质均进行了考察,严格按规范要求选材,最后选用福建南安丰州天然花岗岩606正矿石材。
3.2 对材料加工的质量控制
天然石材力学性能离散性大,即使同一产地的石材品质也有差距,方向性强,均匀性差,存在有肉眼看不见的空隙及明显或隐性的裂纹,属于多孔材料,吸水、吸油性强,易被污染。
本工程使用的石材有200多个形态,几千种规格,表面采用剁斧加工成荔枝面后,肉眼更难观察到细小裂缝。对平面板厚35mm的石材在加工过程中要求架空平放,使用4磅25尖斩斧进行加工。为此,委派技术人员进驻石料厂进行质量跟踪,使一般有裂缝的板材加工过程中给予剔除,避免了不合格板材进入施工现场。对造型复杂的檐口线条要求在每块加工成型后,在地面上进行直线预拼,使阴阳角、线条圆弧度修正达到相应规范要求内,质检人员检查时,要求外观视觉上要无明显错位、隆起、凹陷,并编号装箱。
石材进场开箱检查逐块进行,重点检查:是否有破碎、缺楞角、崩边、变色、局部污染、表面坑洼、明暗裂缝、有无风化及进行外型尺寸边角和平整度测量、表面荔枝面形态深浅等。对存在明显缺陷及隐伤的石材严格控制不准上墙安装。安装时严格按编号就位,防止因返工引起石材损伤。
3.3 安装过程的质量控制
由于幕墙高度大,面积大,尺寸变化复杂,因此,对金属框架立柱与主体结构预埋件、后置埋板,立柱、横梁连接件与金属框架的连接,后置埋件的拉拔力试验及钢框架的防腐、防火、防雷、变形缝等检查监督均坚持严格把关,达不到主控要求,必须返工,以确保安全。
为克服土建误差,在各个控制门窗洞边阴阳角及罗马柱位置固定丝线,作为标准控制线。放线定位后对控制线进行校核,以确保垂直度和金属位置的正确,并作为绘制石材加工图的基准,使得加工的石材尺寸与放线相符。
此项工程立柱有四种不同直径高低不一的罗马圆柱、附壁半圆柱、窗间方柱等多种形式,各类柱子干挂质量是施工阶段质量控制的关键。3~7层的四根罗马柱,为16.8m高φ800钢管结构外挂石材,施工要求在3~7层楼西立面玻璃幕墙施工后才能起吊安装到位,由于受场地限制及建筑物本身高度制约,无法动用吊车进行施工,对施工提出的分段起吊,移动吊杆的方法,经研究讨论在现场监控下,吊装一次成功,四个立柱垂直度均符合设计要求。挂装圆柱石材既要保证凹槽的顺直,又要满足胶缝的平直,对不合格的石材挑出淘汰。特别是罗马柱上部有渐变段的安装,稍有不慎会造成歪斜,柱帽不正的现象,应严格把关。
南北两侧:窗间墙面采用整宽凹槽板装饰成窗间方柱,使得板块加工难度很大,近16m高的凹槽,1.75m宽,上下近50块板表面平整,凹槽通顺一致,安装误差必须达到规范要求,否则会影响整体观感。
檐口线条:由于单块石材厚重且阴阳角45度板块拼缝施工,每安装一块要在地面反复试装多次,每块石材安装要兼顾三根水平线条圆弧,经试装后结合实际情况提出以圆弧面横向顺直为准的安装方法对有出入的线条进行修正,既保证质量又加快了安装进度。
3.4 注胶的质量控制
欧式风格的干挂石材幕墙往往外型多变,阴角阳角悬挑挂边较多,因此胶缝的横平、竖直、宽窄直接影响外观视觉,而石材与挂件的锚固好坏是质量控制的重要环节。
⑴挂件的锚固:为固定挂件,在35mm厚石板上用开槽机开出7~8mm宽圆弧槽,深度要大于挂钩深,如开槽位不准,固定挂件时会形成崩裂、断口。用低硅油耐候胶将挂件一侧柔性固定,以解决不锈钢与石材线膨胀系数差异,消除应力,在锚固时,切勿硬性接触。
⑵胶缝的宽度:考虑地震及风荷载作用产生变形及温度应力变化,为了给板材之间预留足够的胶缝来消除变位,胶缝宽选用8mm。
⑶注胶时应注意影响质量的四个不利因素:多孔性、粉尘性、石材的不均匀性和污染性。
多孔性:一般在石材表面应加涂与缝胶相溶的底漆来封孔,由于本工程使用的白云牌SS602石材硅酮密封胶属单组份中性固化物,适用于石材多孔材料,具有良好的粘接效果,不需采用底漆封孔。
粉尘性:由于加工时粉尘遗留在孔隙中,运输安装时空气中粉尘残留在接缝表面,需认真处理干净。若处理不好则胶粘接不牢,且不易发觉,以后会产生渗水现象。打胶时的气候、温度差异也会影响注胶质量。
石材的不均匀性和污染性:由于不同产地石材所含的化学成份不同,晶体结构疏密度不同,应选用对石材不会产生污染性和粘结性问题的中性胶。因加工过程中使用的一些化学助剂及表面处理剂会残留在石材表面及孔隙中,要求石材厂在加工时不得使用化学助剂,装箱前用清水清洗表面。在注胶前,胶缝表面二侧粘贴临时性保护纸,粘结面应干爽不湿(含湿率不大于15%),无尘、无油渍、不松散,过于光滑作粗糙处理,注胶完后及时进行修饰,用先刮刀将多出的胶刮平,待表面干硬前撕去保护纸,即能得到完好的注胶缝。
4 实施效果
本工程设计上采用了独特的设计风格,并选用合理的设计方案,通过施工单位的精心施工和到位的监督监理,本工程赢得了业主及社会各界的好评,被评为2003年三明市优质工程,并已申报省优质工程。
5 几点体会
⑴本工程建筑设计优雅大方,已成为沙溪河畔的明珠,若将勒脚以上一、二层蘑菇石改为荔枝面,而将正立面入口处1.4米高的弧形荔枝面檐口改为欧式浮雕, 则更显巴洛克风情的高贵典雅。
⑵欧式风格的干挂石材幕墙厚、重、线条多、外型多变,为防止使用意外,如石材松动、密封胶损坏老化等导致幕墙漏水,腐蚀内部钢构件。建议业主定人定期检查维护,保证使用安全。
⑶由于焊弧灼烧及各种施工污染渗入石材表面,从而遗憾地留下个别斑点,在今后监督工作中应列为重点注意事项。此外,为使石材幕墙历久不衰,建议使用石材防护剂对整个建筑进行表面防护,让玻璃树脂能有效渗入石材内部,表面不留斑迹,不改变石色,具有防水、防潮、防冻、防污染、抗风化和保色功能,能有效防止石材水渍,延长石材使用寿命。
